Booking policies

Deposit: A 50% deposit locks in your date. The balance is due on delivery.
Cancelling or rescheduling: Free with at least 72 hours' notice. With less notice, your deposit applies to a new date within 60 days.
Travel: Free within 25 miles of Castle Rock, then $1 per mile.
Delivery: Photos in about 7 business days and video in about 14 business days, delivered through an online gallery.
